What is Dye Sublimation Printing Process ?

What do I need for starting dye sublimation?
Computer: laptop or computer PC or MAC with much memory so you can have plenty of disk space.
Graphics software: In order to be compatible with any of the small format color correction software packages you will need Adobe Photoshop, Or other packages like Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Xara Studio, etc. need work for some of the color correction software , of course if you prefer color correction by hand ,you can use anything you like.
Printer: There are a variety of printers to choose .Importantly it depends on your need. For dye sublimation process, you’d better have an Injet printer to get the good result, The printer you choose must be compatible with the sublimation ink . Not all printers will work with dye sublimation. If you do not have any idea about it, we strongly suggest you the Epson brand printers,
Heat press: In general, this refers to a heat press .But there are some alternatives. If you are looking to start out with mugs, you can purchase the mug press. There are also tile and plate presses that maybe you are interested in. If you are going to deal with soft products like mouse pads, shirts, etc. you will need a flat clamshell heat press. Dye sublimation ink: In order to get a good result, customers use the dye sublimation ink, which offers the widest color gamut. There are a few catogeries of dye sublimation inks in the market today ,pls choose the suitable ones. Paper: The suitable paper for sublimation is sublimation paper, we will offer for you.

What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
We do not have a minimum order quantity for many of the items we are offering at the moment. However, to make cost economical, we strongly recommend you to order more than 5 cube meters for each order.
How to place order from Vesub ?
Step 1: choose the items you are interested in, and the quantity you'd like to buy with each items, and then to send your inquiry to us, Make sure that you have an accurate contact method especially a workable email address.

Step 2: We will feedback you on all your questions within 2 working days (most likely to be within 24 hours). Again, your detail description on the potential order and your business background would be very helpful to an efficient reply.
Step 3: You can have free samples up to US$10 in value. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL ,UPS or Fedex. We normally provide you two pieces for one item: one blank for your own testing and another one with image already to show you the best effect. If this is your first time to do this business, we will offer you a full series to start to do test.
Step 4: Once you have confirmed the order content, we will provide you a quotation with our bank details for the final confirmation.
Step 5: Once the payment is confirmed, we will organize the production for you and to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. If we happen to have stocks with us on the items you want, we can ship them straightforward.

How do you deliver the goods to me?
We make delivery mainly by ocean, it takes around 1 month to West Europe and North American, and about 15 days to Southeast Asian. However,
If your order quantity is too small, we will have to deliver them by air courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT or etc.
Samples are to be delivered by DHL ,UPS, FedEx, TNT or etc.
If you just have your own forwarder in China, we also could deliver goods to them, pls kindly give their contact information before you confirmed the order.

How do I make the payment?
We only accept full advance payment for orders with value less than US$5,000.
For order value greater than US$5,000 we can accept 30% deposit once order confirmed, and the rest to be paid before shipping.
We prefer payment by T/T (Telegraph transfer) to appointed bank account in China or Hong Kong. We can also accept small payment by Western Union transfer , PAYPAL and Moneybookers.com if you like. We CAN accept credit card payment.
